Make Room for More at Nova Tallahassee
College is not all classes and assignments, but it is hard to enjoy the rest of your day when you are stuck working at the same desk or trying to find somewhere for your friends to meet up. Nova Tallahassee gives residents modern, comfortable spaces for both.
At our student apartments near FSU, you have places to focus when you need to get things done and places to relax when you are ready to take a break.
Bring the Library Home
When you have a paper to finish or an exam to prepare for, you do not always have to head back to campus to find a productive place to work. Nova Tallahassee brings the essentials of a good library study session home, with quiet spaces, shared tables, and room to spread out.
Settle into a more private seat when you need to focus on your own, or meet your classmates at a larger table or booth when the group project calls for everyone in one place. Our private study rooms give you another option when you need fewer distractions.
Private Study Rooms
Sometimes you need a space where you can really focus. Our private study rooms are a good fit for working through a difficult assignment, taking an online class, or meeting with a small group without the distractions of your apartment.
Flexible Seating
Not every study session calls for a desk. Nova’s moody, parlor-style room is a comfortable place to read, work through notes, or meet one friend for a quieter study session. When you need a little more space, our open seating areas offer couches, barstools, and tables where you can spread out and work in a setting that feels less formal than the library.
Conference Rooms
For group projects that need more than one laptop and a corner table, residents can use our closed-off conference rooms. Our comfortable seating gives your group a place to talk through ideas, rehearse a presentation, or work together without trying to fit everyone into an apartment living room.
Free Printing and Coffee
When you need to print a paper or grab a coffee before getting started, both are available right here at Nova. Our free printing and Starbucks-style coffee make it easier to settle in and work through your list.
When You Want to Hang Out
Not every hangout needs to involve complicated planning. Our shared spaces make it easy to meet friends, play a game, or relax for a while between classes without leaving home.
Our clubhouse has a wide range of spaces, so how you use it will depend on the day. Some days, that means catching up between plans. Other nights, it means starting a game, putting something on the TV, and staying longer than you expected.
Here are a few of our residents’ favorite clubhouse features:
Game Room
A friendly game is an easy way to take a break from schoolwork. The game room includes pool and foosball tables, giving residents a place to compete, hang out, and keep the conversation going between rounds.
TV Lounge
The TV lounge is made for game days, movie nights, and low-key evenings with friends. Settle in with your roommates, catch up on a show, or put something on in the background while everyone hangs out.
